After installing Mountain Lion (OS X 10.8), I noticed Subversion stopped working. The error indicated a missing library.

erik$ svn status
dyld: Library not loaded: /usr/lib/libneon.27.dylib
  Referenced from: /Developer/usr/bin/svn
  Reason: image not found
Trace/BPT trap: 5

Typing 'which svn' also showed that I was using an old version of svn, installed way back when Xcode installed itself in /Developer/.

erik$ which svn
/Developer/usr/bin//svn

The solution is simple. Open up the current version of Xcode. Open Xcode → Preferences, and click on "Downloads". Click on "Install" next to "Command Line Tools".
